Social:
The social side of IA gives equal opportunity for everyone that is willing to join, assuming they are 18+, mature, friendly and respectful. Our social guild involves working and playing together to keep all members, guild chat and ventrilo chat helpful, peaceful and friendly. We would like our guild to be a welcome, no stress area. The experienced members often help others and we gather items to help members, please let us know if we can help.
Raid:
We are currently recruiting one off tank (druid/warrior/dk) for our main raid runs. The raid are on Wednesday, Thursday and Monday. The invite start at 19:30 for the raid to begin at 20:00, the raid will end at 23:00 unless it is called early.
Often we have more than one raid run going each week. To join please check availability on class/spec and our current raid times with the raid leader.
IA is occasionally in the market for specific classes and specs. To find our our current openings in recruitment please visit our forums.
Raiding Minimum requirements
Age: You should be at least 18 years old to join IA.
Gear: Gear should be at an equivalent level to our current progression or no more than a tier behind. We expect to see smart choices in gear, gems, and enchants. Please log out in your raiding gear and spec when you apply so we can review you in the best possible light.
Experience: We are looking for experienced raiders. Your mileage may vary, just keep in mind that when a position opens up if you're not sure feel free to apply and we will give you serious consideration.
Availability: In order to qualify as a member you must be able to attend 80% of raids in a one month period. Consideration may be given for special situations such as vacations, holidays, and extenuating circumstances.
What it takes to succeed in the raiding section of our guild
Our standards are simple and consistent across all classes, specs, and players. If you want to make it from social to raider and continue to be invited as part of the raiding team you need to meet the following three simple standards:
Play your class well
Play well with others
Show your commitment to the guild
Anyone that wishes to dicuss joining the guild should talk to any officer or a higher rank in the game thank you.
